Professional darts is back!

All Tour Card Holders have been given the opportunity to participate, and in the first announcement of 16 players, non-other than the reigning World Champion Peter Wright, and two-time Grand Slam of Darts champion Gerwyn Price have decided to test their arm from the comfort of their living room.

Also confirmed for the tournament is Dave Chisnall, who has been given a mouth-watering tie in his opening game against Scott Waites. Shrewd punters will be looking pleased with Waites’ 2/1 price to beat Dave Chisnall on Sunday, with the former BDO World Champion recently earning his Tour Card and looking the better player in-form.

Lisa Ashton completes the list of big names to compete across the first four nights and she has been grouped alongside Ross Smith, Mickey Mansall and Geert Nenjes. Interestingly, The Lancashire Rose has been priced as the 11/2 outsider to win Group D, but fans will remember her scintillating form at Q School a few months ago, knowing she could beat anybody on her day.

Here’s a breakdown of how the tournament will work:

  • Every tour card holder will have the opportunity to compete, with the rest of the competitors announced very shortly
  • Four players will compete every night in a best-of-nine round-robin
  • The winner of each night will then progress into the second phase of the tournament

Bet365 will be streaming every match across the event, worldwide!

Following on from the successful ‘Darts at Home’ trial competition (which was covered by Sky Sports News), this event is sure to be popular with fans across the world as it’s one of the only sports still being shown where players are still competing in their respective profession.

Alongside Match Winner and Outright Winnerbet365 is also offering Correct Leg ScoreAlternative HandicapHighest Checkout and lots more markets.
