Free Asian handicap tip for Newcastle vs Everton
Everton are in a deeper and deeper hole, but Newcastle have also had a very difficult few weeks.
The Premier League continues on Tuesday night with five Premier League matches, with Newcastle vs Everton. The home odds on the meeting are a double, which may come as a bit of a surprise.
Newcastle are coming off a huge turnaround at the weekend after West Ham led 3-1 at St James’ Park as well, but the home goal factory kicked in from the 70th minute and the win still went to the Magpies. Two penalties played a big part in that, but the game’s picture showed that it deservedly went to the home side. Newcastle were able to break down the West Ham defence and Gordon was awarded a goal at the end. However, the young Englishman made a silly mistake at the end and was unnecessarily sent off for today’s game.
It is also a problem for Eddie Howe, as Miguel Almiron, Tino Livramento and Kieran Trippier are all questionable through injury, with none likely to be able to commit to Tuesday’s 90 minutes. Harvey Barnes, who scored the winning goal, could return to the starting line-up in place of the suspended Gordon.
Everton are in a huge mess, with no way out for the immediate future. Although the chances are still there for this team, they are by far the worst in terms of finishing in the PL this season.
They are 19 goals (!) below their expected goal after 27 rounds. Nobody in any of the top leagues is close to this awful statistic.
Arnaut Danjuma and Lewis Dobbin are both out on Tuesday night, but on the positive side, Sean Dyche can at least count on Vitalii Mykolenko again.
Free bet for Newcastle vs Everton
Everton are increasingly in the relegation zone, only four points above the line and without a league win since mid-December.
It’s hard to see how this confidence-challenged side can beat the home side, who are in an absolutely positive spirit. A lot of injuries could be a problem for Newcastle, forcing the home team to run out with a weaker eleven.
Our tip is Newcastle to win with an Asian handicap of -0.25. This seems like a safer bet from the point of view that our total bet will only be a loser if Everton win again in the PL after December.
