Bwin login process and common problems
Once you have registered with bwin, the bwin login is quick and easy. During registration you will be asked for personal data, a user name and an e-mail address. Once your e-mail address has been verified, you can log in to the bwin interface.

Problem with bwin login
If you are unable to log in to your bwin account, bwin will try to help you. A common problem is for players to forget their password, so if you have a username or email address, bwin will send you a new password with which you can log in by entering your date of birth. If you do not know your username, you can log in with your email address and then access your account in the top right corner to check your bwin username.

Bwin login for blocked account
On rare occasions, bwin may block access to certain users. In such cases, bwin will inform you that the account is blocked and you will need to contact bwin customer service. You can also contact customer service by e-mail or live chat.

- Your e-mail address
- Your full name.
- Your full name and address.
- Your e-mail address.
- Your telephone number.
The identification process at bwin (KYC)
Before making the first withdrawal, bwin usually checks that players have registered with bwin with authentic details. To do so, they may request various documents proving your identity or address.
Depending on the type of inspection, the most requested documents are as follows:
- Valid driver’s license with photo (address must match)
- Valid passport (only the page with the photo)
- Valid ID card (front and back)
- Bank/savings account statement (issued within the last 3 months)
