Max Verstappen is going for his fifth world title in a row, but 2025 promises to be his toughest challenge of all. Last year, Lando Norris was able to close the gap, but Verstappen’s consistent and good performances throughout the second half of the season left no question as to whether he deserved the title.

However, a strong season is also expected from the Ferrari, McLaren duo, so Red Bull is not among the top favourites for the constructors’ title in 2025. Moreover, Max Verstappen is not the biggest favourite for the individual title either, at least according to bet365.
The bookmaker is expecting a head-to-head battle for the world title between last year’s runner-up Lando Norris and Verstappen, but hasn’t given huge odds to Ferrari driver pair Charles Leclerc (5.00) and Lewis Hamilton (8.00).
Mercedes is not a serious contender, with George Russell offering a 17 times payout, while rookie Kimi Antonelli would pay 61.
