Brazil could be eliminated? – free tips for Copa América
The silly suspension of Vinícius leaves Brazil in a difficult position for the quarter-final against Uruguay.
The Real Madrid star managed to get himself out of the quarter-finals in the 7th minute of the game against Colombia, which could well be the end of the tournament for him. Uruguay are not massive underdogs against a faltering Selecao, so it should be a great 90 minutes. The other leg, incidentally, will be an Argentina-Canada semi-final, with the not insignificant difference that Colombia-Brazil would be the paper game in the other leg, but Uruguay will have some say in that. We live with the suspicion, however, that it really is all in the name, as Brazil have not earned this favouritism. And speaking of poor attacking play, let’s not forget that Dorival Júnior will have to reshuffle his pack as Vinícius is out, so it could well be a 4-2-3-1 formation with Rodrygo at the forefront.
